Deposit Info

Making a deposit is simple and secure, whether from your bank account, credit or debit card, paysafecard or via online wallets (Skrill), the choice is yours. For some countries there is a deposit by phone option. Whichever you choose, rest assured we will not charge you a cent when you make a deposit. Funds normally reach your account within a few minutes of you sending them. If there’s a short delay, don't worry, you’ll see a notification when the payment has been processed.

Balance Info

You can see your balance and bonuses in your finances overview page.

Remember that deposits are always added to your balance, and promotional offers (such as free bonuses or deposit bonuses) always get added to your bonus total, until you’ve met the wagering requirements. Then they’re transferred to your main balance. Once they’re in your main balance, you can withdraw them, or you can leave them, that’s up to you.

Betting

If you have both a positive balance and bonus funds available, the money for bets will be drawn from your balance first. Your winnings will also then be added to your balance.

If the only money you’ve got available is bonus funds, that’s where your bets will come from. Winnings from betting no-wager bonuses and balance-wagered bonuses will be added to your balance. You can take these out as cash.

Winnings from betting regular bonuses will be added to your bonus total first. Once you meet the ‘wagering’ (play through) requirements, they’ll be moved over to your balance. Withdraw your winnings

It’s great winning prizes, especially since we process all withdrawals quickly. On business days they’re checked and processed early each morning, so we can make sure your withdrawal will land in your bank account within two business days.

How to request a withdrawal at One Casino

At One Casino you can request a withdrawal easily via your finances. Your funds will be paid to you using the same payment method you used to deposit them. If you’re withdrawing winnings, they’ll go to the method you used to deposit the money your winning bet came from.* (For example, if you make a deposit using a Visa card and you win € 100,-, when you withdraw the € 100,- it will be sent to the Visa card).

We require a one-time deposit of € 10,- or more before you can request a withdrawal. So when you've won some real cash by playing your free bonus, we ask you to verify your payment details by making a one-time deposit. You can of course withdraw your funds again immediately.

Sometimes we may need to see your documents before we can process large withdrawals. This is to comply with regulations and to keep our platform safe.
