Gambling & Risk
We’re proud and happy that you are enjoying our games but because you are our guests, we feel responsible for your welfare and genuinely care about you. Online gaming should be fun and exciting and we want it to stay that way for our players. So, if you don’t see the pleasure in gaming anymore and you tend to spend more than planned, we will help you bring your gaming under control. Our staff are trained to watch out for members who might be showing signs of problematic gambling and if a player indicates that gambling is becoming a problem for themselves, we will give them the best help possible.
Because we understand that sometimes it can be hard to rein yourself in, One Casino offers you the option of setting limits. That way, you can be certain not to lose more than you intended. We also created a self exclusion option so that you can stop yourself from logging in for a period of time.

If you enjoy gaming but find it hard to stick to a self-imposed limit, One Casino gives you the option of setting limits through our site. That way, you can be certain not to lose more than you intended. We give you four choices; to set a deposit limit, wagering limit, a loss limit or a session time limit.
If you think that it might be time to take a time-out, then we think so too. You have the option to set a self-exclusion period which means that you won’t be able to log in to your account for a period of time. This can be set according to your own preference which can be set at your personal settings and then through “account” and then “self exclusion”.
There’s a lot of information about gambling available online, and you also can find organisations to help you if you have a problem. Take a look at: http://www.gamcare.org.uk.
It’s strictly forbidden for persons under the age of 18 to open an account at One Casino. If you are worried that your own kids or those of someone you know may be gambling online, please contact us.
There are also internet filters available that make it difficult for underage users to gamble online.
